Cancellation Policy

***NO SHOW POLICY*** If you NO SHOW you will be charged 100% of the ticketed services chosen to be done that day, to the card you place on file when booking. Hair By Madison Paige has a ZERO tolerance for No-Showing. You will also be charged the other 50% of your service if you cancel within 2 days/48 hrs before your appointment. Texting/Calling after hours can not guarantee Hair By Madison Paige LLC to see it before the allotted time frame to cancel is up. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days/48 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee. ***DEPOSITS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL APPOINTMENTS. THEY ARE NON-REFUNDABLE NO MATTER WHAT CIRCUMSTANCE.*** HOLIDAYS require (7) days notice for any reschedules or cancellations. Valid for Nov.1 -Jan.1 If you are 15 mins late you will have to reschedule your appointment, pay a deposit to rebook, and be charged 100% of your ticketed price of the services scheduled for that day. (Complimentary fix services are to notify Hair By Madison Paige LLC within 72hrs of your service you received to discuss available options. This does NOT mean every notified concern will be a complimentary fix. Hair by Madison Paige LLC decides whether the issue is a complimentary fix or an additional service requiring booking/payment.)
